At Native Tree Farm, our work begins in the soil of Aotearoa.
We cultivate kawakawa, mānuka leaf, kūmarahou, horopito and kānuka under certified organic practice, growing each plant with patience and long-term intent. These are not imported ingredients or trend-led additions — they are species that belong here.
Our focus is simple: grow what is native, grow it well, and prepare it with care.
From propagation and planting through to drying and formulation, every step is managed with traceability in mind. We work with the plant in its whole form first — understanding its flavour, its structure, its character — before it becomes part of a product.
Rather than positioning native botanicals as novelty, we cultivate them as enduring ingredients. Our ongoing plantings reflect that commitment: building supply slowly, strengthening resilience, and contributing to a future where New Zealand-grown herbal ingredients stand confidently on their own.
