Kawakawa chocolate dipped strawberries
Ingredients
- 130g Whittaker's white chocolate
- 1 punnet of strawberries
- 2 tsp Kawakawa Latte mix
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions
- Place white chocolate in a glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and heat for another 20 seconds or until fully melted.
- Once melted, remove chocolate from the microwave and add 1 tsp of coconut oil. Mix to combine.
- Pour 2 tsp of Kawakawa Latte mix into the melted chocolate and stir until fully blended.
- Pour the chocolate mix into a cup and dunk the strawberries in to coat.
- Allow the strawberries to cool and the kawakawa chocolate to harden. Once hardened, they are ready to eat.
