Kawakawa chocolate dipped strawberries

Ingredients

130gms whittakers white chocolate 1 punnet of strawberries 2 tsp of Kawakawa latte mix 1 tsp coconut oil

Directions

Place white chocolate in a glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. stir and heat for another 20 seconds or until fully melted. Once melted remove chocolate from the microwave and place 1 tsp of coconut oil into chocolate and mix.

pour two tsps of kawakawa latte mix into melted chocolate and stir until the latte mix has blended into the chocolate. place chocolate mix into a cup and begin to dunk strawberries into chocolate mix.

allow the strawberries to cool down and the kawakawa chocolate to harden. once they have hardened they are ready to eat.
