Kawakawa chocolate dipped strawberries

Ingredients

  • 130g Whittaker's white chocolate
  • 1 punnet of strawberries
  • 2 tsp Kawakawa Latte mix
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Directions

  1. Place white chocolate in a glass bowl and heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir and heat for another 20 seconds or until fully melted.
  2. Once melted, remove chocolate from the microwave and add 1 tsp of coconut oil. Mix to combine.
  3. Pour 2 tsp of Kawakawa Latte mix into the melted chocolate and stir until fully blended.
  4. Pour the chocolate mix into a cup and dunk the strawberries in to coat.
  5. Allow the strawberries to cool and the kawakawa chocolate to harden. Once hardened, they are ready to eat.
