Urban/residential: $6.00
Rural: $9.00
Free shipping on all retail orders to the cost of $60 and over.
We send our parcels with NZ post, a tracking number is provided upon shipment. In order to provide a tracking number we need the customers email address.
We choose to ship with NZ post because they have a quick delivery time. Normally parcels arrive between 1 to 2 days after the courier has received them. NZ post have been reliable when it comes to providing a good shipping service.
Rural
For rural there is an extra delivery charge. The delivery of rural parcels may take a little bit longer, this is dependent on the location of the customer.
International
As demand continues to grow for our products we are expanding our shipping locations. If your country is not stated in our shipping locations, please contact us as we can ship outside of the countries we have stated.
For all international orders please provide a phone number, as this is required by the carrier.
We ship internationally by using our local courier service. The parcel then goes through our customs and gets forwarded on to the country it is being shipped to. The country of destination than takes over the shipping service and places it into their courier system for delivery.
Our overseas orders are sent off within 1-2 working days of their purchase. The delivery service can take from two to three weeks to deliver a parcel to its destination. A shipping code will be provided to the customer so that they can track their items.
We charge a shipping fee for delivering your order however this does not include any applicable import charges, duties, levies or taxes that may apply if you are ordering from outside New Zealand.
Australia
We ship anywhere in Australia for a flat fee of $15 NZ.
Free shipping on all orders over $100 NZ. This excludes wholesale.
North America
We ship to the United States & Canada or a flat fee of $35 NZ up to 300g
UK & Europe
We ship anywhere in the United Kingdom & Europe for a flat fee of $35 NZ up to 300g
Rest of the world
We offer international shipping for wholesale orders outside of the rates above, please contact us for a shipping quote and a quote for air freight.
