Shipping policy

Local

We send parcels out normally the same day the order is received or the day after. We use NZ Post to ship across New Zealand. A  tracking number is provided upon shipment, the shipping information will be sent to the customers email where they can track the parcels shipping progress. In order to provide a tracking number we need the customers email address.

Normally parcels arrive 1 or two days after the courier has received them.

Rural
For rural there is an extra delivery charge. The delivery of rural parcels may take a little longer, this is dependent on the location of the customer.

Urban/residential: $6.00 NZD

Rural: $9.00 NZD

Free shipping on all NZ orders to the cost of $60 NZD and over.

International

Please provide a phone number for all international orders as this is required by the carrier.

We ship by air freight, our overseas orders are sent off within 1-2 working days of their purchase. The delivery service can take from 6 days and up to 3 weeks to deliver a parcel to its destination. A shipping code will be provided to the customer via email so that they can track their parcel.

We charge a shipping charge for delivering your order however this does not include any applicable import charges, duties, levies or taxes that may apply if you are ordering from outside New Zealand.

Australia

We ship anywhere in Australia for a flat fee of $15 NZD.

Free shipping on all orders over $100 NZD This excludes wholesale.

North America

We ship to the United States & Canada or a flat fee of $35 NZD

UK & Europe

We ship anywhere in the United Kingdom & Europe for a flat fee of $35 NZD

Japan

We ship to Japan for a flat fee of $30 NZD

Rest of the world

We offer international shipping outside of the rates above, please contact us for a shipping quote.
